Q: What is the shipping policy and wait time?

A: All shipping on products are the U.S and international, and ranges from 7-14 business days based on where your items are being shipped to, please allow extra time due to shortages and delays due to the pandemic.

Q: What is the Return Policy?

A: All items lost or damaged in the process of shipping may be replaced and must be reported within 3-days of the shipping received/due date. You may be eligible for a full refund. (remember to fill out the contact form within the approved time period).
